Kimchi, Green Cabbage
The main ingredient is green cabbage instead of Napa cabbage. It keeps the crunchy texture for a longer time and it stores well. If you are not sure if you will like Napa cabbage, this green cabbage kimchi is better for you. It is medium spicy.

What if we are not at home during the day? Is my order safe?
If you have Kimchi in your order, we recommend putting a cooler outside at your doorstep during the warm months. Though Kimchi doesn't go bad even with high temperatures, it ferments very quickly and then could leak.
