Fermented Chili Pepper Paste based Marinade
Simply add flavourful spiciness to any type of food. Best for pork, chicken, tofu, fish, shrimp, etc. You can use it as a dipping sauce, too.
Suggested to apply 1 (sauce) : 4 (meat) ratio by weight if it's the first time and to adjust to suit your needs afterwards. Marinate 0.5-1.5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator depending on the meat thickness.

When Is The Cut-Off Time?
Please order by 10 AM every Tuesday.
You are late for the cut-off time, but you are anxious to get the order to be included for the pick-up or delivery the next day? Please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
When And Where Do I Pick Up My Order?
You can pick up your order 9 am - 2 pm, Tuesday - Thursday at our location at 6-65 Bentley Avenue.
How Does Local Delivery Work?
Deliveries are available every Wednesday in Ottawa, Gatineau, Perth and Carleton Place.
If you have any concerns, please email us at email@example.com or call 613-294-7017. Otherwise, deliveries will take place every Wednesday and are done by 6 pm at the latest.
What Is The Charge For The Delivery Service?
Minimum order total is $30 to be eligible for the local delivery. The charge vary depends on the order size and the distance. The delivery fee is waived for over $100 order within 35km radius from our location.

What if we are not at home during the day? Is my order safe?
If you have Kimchi in your order, we recommend putting a cooler outside at your doorstep during the warm months. Though Kimchi doesn't go bad even with high temperatures, it ferments very quickly and then could leak.
