Fermented Soy Sauce based Marinade
Substitute regular soy sauce with this versatile marinade! Best for beef, tofu, mushroom, veggie stir-fry, etc. Can be used as a salad dressing.
Suggested to apply 1 (sauce) : 4 (meat) ratio by weight if it's the first time and to adjust to suit your needs afterwards. Marinate 0.5-1.5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator depending on the meat thickness.

When Is The Cut-Off Time?
Please order by 10 AM every Tuesday.
You are late for the cut-off time, but you are anxious to get the order to be included for the pick-up or delivery the next day? Please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
When And Where Do I Pick Up My Order?
You can pick up your order 9 am - 2 pm, Tuesday - Friday at our location at 6-65 Bentley Avenue.
How Does Local Delivery Work?
Deliveries are available every Wednesday in Ottawa, Gatineau, Perth and Carleton Place.
If you have any concerns, please email us at order.raon@gmail.com or call 613-294-7017. Otherwise, deliveries will take place every Wednesday and are done by 6 pm at the latest.
What Is The Charge For The Delivery Service?
Minimum order total is $50 to be eligible for the local delivery. The charge vary depends on the order size and the distance. The delivery fee is waived for over $100 order within 35km radius from our location.

The distance from our location (65 Bentley Avenue, Nepean) is the factor. Below is a rough idea of which area falls into different radius categories.

35-60km: Perth, Carleton Place
What if we are not at home during the day? Is my order safe?
If you have Kimchi in your order, we recommend putting a cooler outside at your doorstep during the warm months. Though Kimchi doesn't go bad even with high temperatures, it ferments very quickly and then could leak.
