2 pieces sourdough bread
1 Ā½ tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp Raon Non-Spicy Kimchi or Medium Spicy Kimchi , squeezed the kimchi water, cut thinly slicedĀ
3 slices cheddar cheeseĀ

Instructions:Ā
- On a cutting board, butter each piece of bread with butter on one side.
- Place the cheese and kimchi evenly on the bread.
- Add the top piece of bread.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
- Place the sandwich on the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until golden on each side.
