Our non-spicy Kimchi (Baeck Kimchi, 백김치, White Kimchi) is not spicy at all without any chilli pepper powder. Some think we just invented a unique version of Kimchi for people who have a low tolerance for spicy foods. The fact is white kimchi is the original form of kimchi as chilli pepper powder was introduced to Korea later in history.

When Is The Cut-Off Time? 

 Please order by 10 AM every Tuesday.

 You are late for the cut-off time, but you are anxious to get the order to be included for the pick-up or delivery the next day? Please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

 When And Where Do I Pick Up My Order?

 You can pick up your order 9 am - 1 pm, Tuesday - Friday at our location at 6-65 Bentley Avenue. Winter hours apply between January and April. (Winter Hours: 9am - 1pm, Wednesday - Friday)

 Please note that any pick-up order with pre-packaged items such as Bibimbap is available on Wednesday only.  

How Does Local Delivery Work? 

 Deliveries are available every Wednesday in Ottawa only. 

 In case of a delivery order with pre-packaged items, we do our best to deliver them before 1 pm, but it is not guaranteed. 

 If you need to know when your order is arriving or have any concerns, please email us at order.raon@gmail.com or call 613-294-7017. Otherwise, deliveries will take place every Wednesday and are done by 6 pm at the latest. 

 What Is The Charge For The Delivery Service? 

 There is a $5 delivery charge. And it will be waived if the order total is more than $50.Â
