Fermented Chili Pepper Paste based Marinade

Best for pork, chicken, tofu, fish, shirimp etc. Works as dipping sauce, too.

Suggested to apply 1(sauce):4(meat) ratio by weight if it's the first time and to adjust to suit your needs afterwards. Marinate 0.5-1.5 hours in refrigerator depends on the meat thickness, or if you prefer, leave it overnight.
